I agree about the shipping but some of the products you cant find anyplace else. I think that if everyone complains about the shipping cost then maybe the company will change thier procedures and give breaks.
I do not like getting shipments broken up but I understand that if they do not have the product to ship.
I think that you should have the right to cancel the item if you no longer need it instead of having to send it back or save it for another time. I will not buy any wood products that you have to put together yourself.
